PRODUCTION & TRANSIT TIME
All our pieces are hand crafted with care and well worth the wait, with current processing times of 1-3 days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, transit times found below take effect:
International tracked shipping: 5-10 business days
*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control.
Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom-made jewelry may be eligible for reworking for a small fee.
- Final Sale items (as marked in the product description) are not eligible for return.
Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed, minus a £6 return processing fee. Refunds are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part.

- Returns that are late or do not follow the return instructions may be declined.
- Return processing may take up to 2 weeks, depending on store volume.
